HEB Selected for Bartlett River Street Bridge

HEB Engineers has been selected by the Town of Bartlett for the River Street Bridge rehabilitation project.  The bridge, which is the only access for some 80 homes on the far side of the Saco River, was heavily damaged by flooding during Tropical Storm Irene last August.  HEB assisted the Town with temporary repairs so the bridge could remain open throughout the winter and citizens voted this month to approve funding for a permanent bridge rehabilitation.

We are currently coordinating a contract with the Town and once it is approved by project funding partners NHDOT and FEMA, we will begin preliminary design activities.  Currently, we anticipate construction to begin in the fall.
